LISI AUTOMOTIVE designs and manufactures its own cold forging tooling at a dedicated production plant. In-house tooling expertise, allows LISI AUTOMOTIVE to accelerate part development and to cold forge complex parts "netshape".

Tooling manufacturing process

The teams in charge of the tooling's design and manufacturing are expert engineers and technicians  in machining and electrical discharge machining of special tool steels.
